Q: Where are you located? A: In the heart of SoDo Seattle in the Urban Worklofts building. 3250 Airport Way S Q: Is there parking? A: Yes! There are two garages with located on site. If garage is full then park next to the Old Rainier Brewery right next door. Q: What if I’m running late? A: Please text us as soon as possible. We allow a 20-minute grace period, but after that, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50–100% fee, depending on the situation. Q:What forms of payment do you accept? A: We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, and contactless payments. Q: Can I bring a guest or child? A: To keep the studio peaceful and safe, please come solo to your appointment unless previously arranged.

A: Avoid getting them wet for the first 24 hours - Clean them daily with an oil-free lash cleanser - Avoid oil-based skincare and mascara - Brush them gently with a spoolie - Sleep on your back if possible Q: Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes? A: Not when applied properly and being thorough with aftercare. I use high-quality products and safe isolation techniques to maintain the health of your natural lashes. Do not pick or pull on your natural lashes. Q: Can I wear makeup with lash extensions? A: Absolutely! Just be sure to avoid mascara and oily products. You can still wear eyeshadow and eyeliner, but make sure to remove it gently with a lash-safe remover. Waterbased eyeliner works better than cream, pencil and felt tip liner. Q: Can I get lash extensions if I'm pregnant? A: Yes! it is safe during pregnancy. Just let me know in advance. We'll adjust positioning and ensure you're as comfortable as possible throughout the service.

Q: Will brow lamination damage my brows? A: When performed with high-quality products and proper technique, it’s safe. We also nourish your brows with conditioning treatments to keep them healthy. However If you are too rough with them and do not follow after care you will have a chance of hair breakage, or patchy spots.
